Almar

(Introduction)

A new neighbourhood beside the Parque da Paz, with Lisbon across the river and Caparica down the road.

(The Project)

Almar — South Living is Habitat Invest's largest project to date, with 514 apartments across thirteen buildings beside Almada's Parque da Paz, phased as Bridge, Beach, and Park. Saraiva + Associados propose a modern quarter for the south bank, built on proximity to the capital, the coast, and nature.

(Our Approach)

Our imagery grew with the masterplan. Aerial views map the thirteen buildings into their urban setting, while a broad series of exteriors and interiors, produced lot by lot as each phase advanced, gives the project a consistent visual identity from the first launch to the latest.

(The Craft)

Virtual reality tours with continuous hosting extended the work into space, adapted as typologies evolved. The hardest part was sustaining one atmosphere across years of production: the same light, the same tonal ground, the same idea of home.

(Final thoughts)

Almar is a long story, and we are telling it at the pace it is being built.
