Fábrica 1921 is a new residential quarter in Benfica where Lisbon's industrial past meets contemporary living. The development introduces housing, leisure, and public spaces that encourage daily interaction, with rooftop lounges, gardens, and play areas overlooking Monsanto Forest Park.
