141 Gomes restores an 18th-century building on Rua de Gomes Freire, minutes from Avenida da Liberdade. Inês Brandão Arquitectura preserves the main façade, carpentry, tiles, and lioz stonework, replicating their language in the new floors and gathering fifteen apartments around a courtyard and pool.

(Our Approach)
The imagery was composed as a dialogue between eras, with period detail meeting contemporary calm and the patina of the original fabric set against clean new interiors. An aerial view roots the building in its dense historic block, while interior scenes follow the light through tall windows into spaces that feel both inherited and new.
(The Craft)
A ninety-second film gave the project its sense of time, of a building that has watched the same street change for three hundred years. The campaign's outcome spoke for itself, with all fifteen apartments reserved within forty-eight hours of launch.
(Final thoughts)
Fifteen apartments went in forty-eight hours. The launch answered for the work.
