(The Project)
One Lush rises on a verdant hillside above the Lisbon–Cascais coastal road, overlooking the mouth of the Tagus. Bernardes Arquitetura distributes thirty-five apartments across four buildings, each shaped around south-facing balconies, terraces, and gardens dense with vegetation.

(Our Approach)
Our imagery was structured around the site's two defining presences, the Atlantic horizon and the surrounding green. Exterior views trace how the white volumes settle into the hillside, while the interiors follow the architecture's open plans toward the light, always keeping the sea within reach of the frame.
(The Craft)
A masterplan image anchored the development in its territory, and a promotional film gave the project its rhythm, the slow drift from garden to terrace to horizon. A drone survey of the site grounded every composition in the real topography of Caxias, lending the imagery its sense of place.
(Final thoughts)
The sea and the vegetation do most of the work here. We stayed out of the way.
