Vila Rio is a new quarter on the riverfront of Póvoa de Santa Iria, within one of the most significant regeneration efforts on the Tagus estuary. Around 800 apartments share the site with commerce, services and public space, including the Praça do Sal and the Passeio das Artes, woven into gardens and trails.

Momentum's imagery followed the project across its phases, from the first buildings to the arrival of the KORI brand with its own residential concept within the neighbourhood. Aerial views establish the scale of the transformation and its relationship with the estuary, while exteriors, rooftops, balconies, and interiors bring the focus back to the human measure of daily life beside the water.

Working on a district instead of a single building meant holding visual coherence across years of production: consistent light, consistent tone, and one atmosphere binding many deliveries together. Each new series was composed to sit naturally beside the last, so the growing neighbourhood always read as one place.
