Seixal Baía continues to grow along its namesake bay, and lots 3 and 5 carry the development into its next phase. The language established by Quadrante Group remains the through line, with adaptable apartments, generous outdoor space, and social areas conceived as the heart of the home.

Continuity was the whole task, matching the light, tonality and materials of the earlier series so years of imagery read as one coherent world, while letting the new interiors carry their own styling and character inside it.
