Bayline

(Introduction)

Bayline sits thirty metres from the sand, with the open Atlantic in front of it and a lagoon behind.

(The Project)

Bayline is a private condominium of 256 apartments on the front line of Praia dos Pescadores, in Armação de Pêra, between the bay of Praia Grande and the Lagoa dos Salgados nature reserve. Saraiva + Associados gave its six buildings generous terraces, framed by two hectares of gardens, pools, and a spa.

(Our Approach)

Our imagery was built around the site's defining condition: light reflected between water and sky. Aerial views establish the rare geography, with sea, lagoon and beach inside a single frame, while eye-level exteriors and a broad series of interiors, from the shared amenities to the apartments themselves, carry the architecture's openness into everyday scenes.

(The Craft)

A drone photographic survey grounded the digital work in the real coastline, and a promotional film brought movement to the stills, with terraces catching the afternoon sun and the slow rhythm of seaside living. Together with an extensive set of commercial floor plans, the visual package supported the development from launch through to sale.

(Final thoughts)

Some places need very little help. Bayline was one of them.
