Junqueira 27 is a residential project that brings together the elegance of a late 19th-century building with the comfort of contemporary living. Located between Alcântara and Belém, just steps from the riverside, it echoes Lisbon's palatial heritage while embracing the vibrancy of today's way of life.

Our visual approach sought to preserve the character of the original interiors and enhance their atmosphere of light and sophistication. The central staircase was documented through photogrammetry, revealing the precision of this craftsmanship and material presence. Bela Silva's tile work, for example, was carefully modelled so that each piece carries the depth and texture of handmade ceramics.

Photogrammetry let us keep the staircase exactly as it is, instead of approximating it.
