Lots 6 and 7 carry Seixal Baía further along its namesake bay, extending the language Quadrante Group established for the development, with social areas at the heart of each home, adaptable layouts that follow families as they change, and balconies that keep daily life turned toward the water.

(Our Approach)
Having created the original imagery and film for Seixal Baía, Momentum returned to build the visual identity of these lots. A façade view anchors the new buildings in the masterplan, while an interior series carries the development's established atmosphere into homes that did not exist when the first images were made.
(The Craft)
The most demanding piece was invisible. Instead of producing a new film, we updated the existing one, rebuilding sequences around the new architecture while preserving the original's rhythm, grade and voice. Every replaced shot has to match what surrounds it exactly, or the seam shows.
(Final thoughts)
Updating a finished film is slower than starting again, and nobody watching it will ever know.
