Linea Residences

(Introduction)

A 1980s office block on Avenida 5 de Outubro was converted into apartments, and we built the visual identity that went with it.

(The Project)

Linea Residences rises at number 293 of Avenida 5 de Outubro, in the heart of the Avenidas Novas, converting a former office building from the early 1980s into a contemporary residential condominium, with apartments served by gardens, a gym, a heated indoor pool and concierge services.

CGI + 360° Virtual Tour

(Our Approach)

Momentum accompanied the project from its earliest commercial phase, producing aerial views, façade studies, and an extensive series of interiors covering both the shared areas and the apartments themselves. A drone photographic survey anchored the imagery in the real fabric of the avenue, so that every rendered view sits convincingly within its surroundings.

(The Craft)

As the project evolved, so did the visual toolkit. We developed finish variations that let the client test and communicate alternative material palettes, and built a 360° virtual tour from more than twenty panoramic images, giving buyers an intuitive way to move through the building long before completion.

(Final thoughts)

Conversions are sold on what a building will become, and that is what these images show.
